ABOUT THE LESSONS
Kickboxing for Ladies only aged 14yrs and above. These lessons are perfect if you are looking to keep fit, loose weight, tone up, feel good and learn how to handle yourself. Over time the kicking, punching and blocking combinations will improve your strength and all round fitness to a level which can be put to use at gradings or even competing (if you wish).

WHAT THE LESSONS INVOLVE
The lessons are geared towards teaching kickboxing techniques to a high standard. A typical lesson will involve fitness exercises, stretching, padwork, bagwork, basics (techniques practiced in fresh air) and sparring (non contact if preferred). You will also practice realistic, effective self defence techniques that work.
