KICKBOXERCISE
&
CIRCUIT TRAINING CLASSES

As from January 2010 the Fusion Kickboxing will be running some brand new classes on a Saturday morning. As the heading above suggests, they will include Kickboxercise and Circuit Training sessions. These sessions won't just be restricted to Fusion members, as non-members will be allowed to pay cash and train as well.

Sessions will begin at 10am, last for approximately one and a half hours and will cost just £5.00. Clothing should be tracksuits/shorts and a t-shirt or a Fusion kit can be purchased via the club.

Typical sessions will include the following..

KICKBOXERCISE

A high intensity, fat burning, muscle toning, all over body workout. Practice 'REAL, EFFECTIVE' Kickboxing techniques all taught by a Black Belt Fusion Kickboxing instructor (not a gym instructor or a personal trainer!). Kick, block and punch yourself into shape, to the music in an electric atmosphere. Whether it's on the pads, punch bags or shadow boxing, you will find yourself getting fitter and more flexible each session.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Because the Fusion has a fully equipped Dojo (training hall) not only do the classes have the expected punch bags, focus pads etc; they also have a variety of free weights, medicine balls and swiss balls as well. This allows the entire room to be transformed into a massive circuit. Most physical sports will use some kind of circuit as part of their training, as endurance and power are just a couple of the main areas they can improve.

Combining both of the classes, either in the same session or varying them from week to week means that we can create a workout like nobody else can offer. Our sessions will be suitable for a whole range of fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned atheletes and would be ideal for people who want to take up something new or supplement their current training regime.
