RULES AND EXPECTATIONS-
For a full list of rules please visit the appropriate associations website. Listed below is how all Fusion students must conduct themselves at competitions.
Fighters Conduct
BE VIGILANT - Keep a check on categories and when you will be fighting.
BE PREPARED - Warm up with full kit on before your section starts.
BE RESPECTFUL - Referees, Judges, Coaches and other fighters.
BOW - To your coach at the start and finish of each fight.
TOUCH GLOVES - With your opponent before & after the fight & with their coach after the result of the fight has been given.
LISTEN - To your coaches advise when you are fighting
BEHAVE - NO TANTRUMS If you lose, you lose. Do not sulk. It is an embarrassment to both your coach and your club.
Spectators Conduct
OBSERVE THE BOUNDRIES - Stay behind marked areas and keep off the mats.
MAKE LOTS OF NOISE - Plenty of cheering for ALL Fusion fighters.
WATCH YOUR LANGUAGE - Nothing offensive or abusive It's not a football match.
KEEP YOUR COOL - No shouting 'Kill him' or 'rip her head off'.
NO ARGUING - Please let the coaches handle any discrepancies.
In General
COME PREPARED - The days can be long. Bring a packed lunch.
BE A TEAM PLAYER - We arrive as a team and go home as a team and support each other. Please don't go home once your fighters finished. Return the favour to those still waiting or you might be on your own next time.
